Our Story This Family owned and operated business began in 1968 when we opened Brooklyn Used Auto Parts in Baltimore Maryland. In 1988 we moved locations to Cecil County Maryland and Acquired B & H auto Parts. in 1999 we expanded to our second location, Paradise Auto Parts just 2 miles down the road. Last year we opened our third location in Cecil County, Mars Used Auto Parts. In 2014 we opened our Scrap Metal Operation, Complete Recycling Group. Due to our extensive background in the auto parts industry we have focused on automotive scrap metal primarily. In late 2015 we began servicing the greater tri state area commercial accounts and opened our new nonferrous metals division to the public. Our Mission Complete Recycling is committed to our suppliers and consumers by effectively sourcing, processing, and marketing Auto parts and scrap metal for recycling. We actively pursue long lasting relationships by partnering with our customers providing quality service built upon integrity, honesty, and professionalism.
